Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 September 2026

This page is a working draft, not yet finalized. It has not been reviewed by counsel.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Tattva Profile, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

Tattva Profile helps you build and improve your resume, understand how it scores against Applicant Tracking Systems, find and match with job openings, and — on paid plans — customize applications and, where you enable it, submit them on your behalf through the Job Copilot.

Free accounts see a preview of these results. Paid plans (Plus, Pro) unlock full reports and additional automation, as described on our Billing page.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information, including for any account you connect (GitHub, LinkedIn).
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the resume/career content you submit — we generate and score content based on what you provide.

4. Payments and plans

Paid plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period (one month or one year) — we do not automatically charge you again when that period ends. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Job Copilot / auto-apply

If you enable automated applications, you are responsible for the accuracy of the screening answers (notice period, compensation, visa status, etc.) it uses. We route any application we cannot verify as sent to “needs review” rather than guessing — you decide before it goes out.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to submit false information to employers, scrape or resell our job data, attempt to bypass usage limits, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

We help you present yourself well and reach more relevant opportunities. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattva Mind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
